Snarlsquad does not take payment plans longer than 3 months, and priority will be given to those who can pay in full.

For payment plans, each payment will be due exactly a month after the day of your first payment; Each will be a third of your total price. You are welcome to pay earlier than your due dates if you are able to. Late payments without warning and/or an emergency reason will be charged a late fee or canceled.

Full payment must be completed within 72 hours. We only accept paypal; an invoice will be sent to you.

33% of your payment is nonrefundable, so make sure you are serious and certain you can afford our costumes when proceeding with the commission process.

We do not work with those under the age of 18, no exceptions. We do not work through parents if you are a minor. Be prepared to show ID.

Projects are worked on in order of who finishes payment first. If another client finishes payment ahead of you, they will be placed ahead of you in the queue.

Your project will take anywhere from 3-8 months to complete from the starting day of when it is your turn in the queue. How long it takes from that point generally depends on the type of commission you have ordered.

Our Trello will be updated frequently with progress updates for transparency.

We will not work with hard deadlines under any circumstances. We do not want to rush our work and give you anything less than the best quality! Once fully paid, we will give you a loose timeframe of when to expect your suit by. If there’s a certain event or con that you would reasonably like to have your suit completed by, let us know and we might be able to work something out, but we cannot guarantee it.

Shipping will be covered by the customer; one can expect to pay anywhere from $50-$200 for shipping (Continential US); Hawaii, Alaska, and International shipping can exceed this. We always ship with United States Postal Service. We are not responsible for the suit, (whether it goes missing or gets damaged in the mail) once it leaves the workshop and is in the hands of the mail service, but all packages will be insured.

We will be in touch with clients via Telegram, Discord, or Twitter DM (whatever suits you best!) Most times we will make rough diagrams of what the client can expect their work to look like (mainly for heads and bodysuits!)

We post wips in my WIP telegram channel frequently while working, but feel free to reach out whenever for any extra WIPS you want to see! We will likely contact you directly for any questions about design choices or preferences regarding foam shapes or fur placement.

Don’t fret if we do not get back to you immediately about an inquiry or anything else, we try our best to respond as soon as we can, almost always within 24 hours. On the off chance we miss your message, don’t be afraid to reach out again!

As previously stated, 33% of your payment is nonrefundable, so make sure you are 100% confident you will be able to cover the cost. In the event that your suit has not been started within a year, only then are you entitled to a full refund, including the 33%.

You are entitled up to the remaining 66% until the project is more than 50% complete.

All defects that are a result of the initial build, a.k.a at the fault of the maker (loose seams out of the box/sizing issues/etc), may be sent back to the workshop for repairs at no additional cost for the first month, just pay shipping and we will ship it back to you for free.

For minor wear and tear, please reach out and we can help you out the best we can to repair it yourself, otherwise you may send it back if you cover shipping and a small repair fee. Minor cosmetic edits may be accepted on a case by case basis for an additional fee, as well as any minor upgrades later down the line. At this time we do not do full refurbs.

Snarlsquad does not condone and is not responsible for illegal or immoral actions of past clients, it is very likely we are unaware of whatever situations may arise. That being said, we have the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We also have the right to terminate a commission if the client is being toxic and/or extremely unreasonable, even if the commission was started.

Currently Snarlsquad only offers foam, semi-toony style heads with 2d eyes. We do not work with resin or do follow-me eyes at this time.

We do offer parts commissions! We will be happy to make additional parts for your existing suit as long as you can link us to color matches if necessary. If a match cannot be found for rare or discontinued furs, we will do our best to find close matches.

We do not offer discounts under any circumstances, except on the very rare occasion that we want to experiment with new features, though we will likely test those out first on our own before making them available!

(18+) We do offer SPH add-ons. We would eventually like to offer solely cosmetic add-ons as well. We do not care what you do with your suit once it is completed and delivered to you.

There are certain props that we may be open to creating at an extra cost! Ask if you are interested.
